The WN-2400 is a medium-scale, full-scale recycling plant with three times the processing capacity of the WN-800. It incorporates a powerful crushing and fine crushing process and features high productivity with a processing capacity of 300 kg / h for miscellaneous wires raw material such as automobile harnesses and home electric wires, and 600 kg / h on power cables and F cables. When doing mass processing, the method of feeding raw material wires is an issue, but the Model 2400 is compatible with power shovel loading, greatly reducing the burden on workers and enabling efficient work. We can fully implement domestic processing of miscellaneous wires with increasing needs, and we can expect profitability that can become a main business of recyclers. Two device configuration packages are available depending on the target wire.
